The digest is a compendium, in digest form, of philanthropy-related articles and features culled from print and electronic media outlets nationwide. You’ll see in the sidebar at right we’ve added the PND News RSS feed for your convenience.
Of particular note is the Oct. 6, 2009 post on how Mayor Bloomberg and the NYC Economic Development Corporation launched five new initiatives designed to help the city’s artists and cultural institutions weather the recession. Let’s hope the political leaders in many Massachusetts cities can take a page from this playbook. Read more.
