Your help is needed! Attend a Zoom meeting to learn what you can do to help protect our industry and Keep MA Film Jobs Alive.
Join members of MPC, IATSE Local 481, SAG-AFTRA New England, and Teamsters Local 25 for a virtual meeting on the state budget process, what this means for the stand-alone bills filed, and what you can do to help protect the film and television industry right now.
The Massachusetts film and television incentive is set to expire. If that happens, film and television productions will no longer come to our state. The jobs they create will be lost and local small businesses will be hurt.
A bill has been filed that would eliminate the film incentive’s sunset. The House will vote on amendments as early as Monday, April 26th. We need to support this amendment to the fullest.
