Environmental Career Exploration Symposium: We’ve partnered with the Boston of Clean Energy/Clean Tech, Natural Resource Conservation, and Community Action to the Summit. The green professionals will be on hand to lead afternoon workshop sessions and meet face-to-face with high school students and young adults to share information about their occupations, and the basic skills and requirements necessary for a green career. Collaborative for Food and Fitness and the Boston Youth Environmental Network to bring an Environmental Career Exploration Symposium, with 30 environmental professionals. We’ll also be highlighting an ambitious initiative: a proposal for a shared green roof facility, called The Boston Sustainability Center. We are very proud to announce this collaborative, youth-led project to create a community resource aimed at educating students and teachers in Boston and beyond about sustainability.
