and creative placemaking position!

Job title: Principal – Social Practice and Place Making

Job summary: The Principal will lead and expand our work with social practice, social interventions, and interactive, community-engaged art. This person will lead the organization of our work with artists, including fellowships, residencies, classes and commissions.

31hrs/wk. Competitive salary and generous benefits.

CDI is looking for a great Housing Co-op organizer in Southeast MA

The Cooperative Development Institute is currently seeking a new NEROC team member in southeast MA (part-time, with possibility of increasing).

The primary focus of this position is on post-purchase guidance, training and assistance to each community in the management and governance of their cooperative. Special attention is paid to helping members understand their roles and responsibilities in order to more effectively function as resident-owners and to foster a sense of empowerment and community spirit.
