Update on the Override of the Governor’s Veto of H3841 – Percent for Public Art

We regret to inform everyone that the Legislature did not take up the veto of House Bill 3841 yesterday.  In other words, they didn’t override the Governor’s veto of the bill which would have established a Percent for Art Program in the Commonwealth.

Yesterday was the last formal session for the Massachusetts State Legislature for this year. The Legislature will reconvene  in January 2016. MALC will keep the field informed on the next steps in this process and what the Legislature plans to do on this matter and what we can do on it.
