Governor Baker Vetoes Massachusetts Percent For Art Program

Governor Charlie Baker this week vetoed the Massachusetts Percent For Art Program (MPAP) put in place by Governor Deval Patrick last year. House Bill 3841 would have supported the preservation of existing and creation of new public art in Boston and Gateway Cities across the Commonwealth.
