MA Cultural Council budget amendment update!

Today, Amendment #130, to increase the funding or the Massachusetts Cultural Council, was redrafted and passed with the dollar amount raised to $14 million (up from $13.5 million). Yesterday, the Senate began the debate on its budget The Senate rejected Amendment 17, which would have increased our state’s  Historic Tax Credit program.
