On Tuesday, the Senate Ways & Means Budget was released. State House sources are saying that the Senate Ways & Means Budget will be released this afternoon. The MALC Steering Committee will be digging through this budget looking for key line items for the Massachusetts Cultural Council, Mass Art and our state library system, etc.
