Governor’s Budget Proposal Would Level Fund The MCC

March 5, 2015

Governor Charlie Baker released his first state budget proposal  yesterday. It allocates almost $11.8 million for the Massachusetts Cultural Council (MCC) to fund the arts, humanities, and sciences. This would hold arts and culture funding at current levels in the new fiscal year, which begins July 1.
