Join the New England Chapter of the Copyright Society of the USA and Northeastern’s Center for Law, Innovation and Creativity on May 10, 2018, for a presentation by Nicholas M. O’Donnell, a Partner in the Litigation Department of Sullivan & Worcester and the leader of the firm’s Art & Museum Law practice group, where he served as “lead counsel on a variety of lawsuits concerning restitution and fine art sales and has advised museums, dealers, auction houses, and collectors worldwide about restitution, copyright, and de-accessioning issues”. Final Update on House Budget Debate

April 26, 2018

This afternoon the House complete its budget debated and also voted on the last two amendments MALC was following. The next step in the budget process is for the Senate Ways and Means Committee to release its proposed budget in early to mid May. (more…)
