For the third time, MALC will be awarding its Champion of Artists Awards as part of the 12th Annual Artists Under the Dome event on November 14th at the Massachusetts State House. These awards are given by MALC to honor those who have shown exceptional support of the artists community.

MALC officially formed on July 31, 2008, as a coalition of artist leaders of all disciplines and artist-run organizations with the goal of improving the social and economic conditions of all Massachusetts artists. We wanted to make sure artists had a place at the policy making table.
