We want to make sure the voice of the nonprofit cultural community is heard in this debate.<\/p>\n<p>Our supporters in the state Legislature say it is urgent that cultural leaders, artists, educators, and others contact their Senators and Representatives directly and let them know whether they support expanded gambling in Massachusetts. To find contact information for your state legislators go here: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.malegislature.gov\/People\/FindMyLegislator\">http:\/\/www.malegislature.gov\/People\/FindMyLegislator<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Also the Massachusetts Cultural Council will soon send a survey asking your opinion on a range of gambling-related issues and how casinos and slot machines might affect the cultural sector and the work that you do.
