Public testimony will be heard for several key bills that impact artists of all disciplines.\u00a0 The Hearing is free and open to the public. If you plan to speak you should arrive at least 15 minutes early to sign it to testify.<\/p>\n<p>The Key Bills being heard that ArtistsUndertheDome.org is following and is in support of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An Act Establishing a Disaster and Emergency Aid Fund for Massachusetts Artists- Senate Bill S 01705<\/li>\n<li>An Act Relative to the Right to Publicity Senate Bill S01713<\/li>\n<li>An Act Relative to Establish Pilot Artist Enterprise Zones Senate Bill S01703<\/li>\n<li>An Act to Create the position of poet laureate for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts House Bill H00891<\/li>\n<li>An Act to Create the position of poet laureate of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts House Bill H02627<\/li>\n<li>An Act Establishing the Massachusetts Cultural Trust Fund Senate Bill 01714<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All the above bills are listed and have summaries as to how they impact artists on the ArtistsUndertheDome.org\u2019s Legislative page: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.artistsunderthedome.org\/legislature.html\">http:\/\/www.artistsunderthedome.org\/legislature.html<br \/>\n<\/a><!--more--><br \/>\nAll are welcome who want to testify in person.
