The Marty Walsh for Mayor campaign will be fanning out across the City over the coming months, staging a series of open Town Hall Meetings with residents. ‘Mondays With Marty’ are designed to be an opportunity for the candidate to listen to voters about their concerns. These events will be organized around either neighborhoods or constituency groups, and will be free and open to the public.<\/p>\n

Please join us, and bring your friends, so that you can tell Marty what you think we can do to support Boston’s Creative Economy and Citizen Artists. Moderated by David Dower and Veronique LeMelle.<\/b><\/p>\n

For the first time in 20 years, Boston will elect a new Mayor. For the first time in a generation, the City will hear a robust discussion of its strengths and challenges and debate a vision of our City for the next five to ten years.<\/span><\/p>\n

As leaders and supporters of the arts, cultural and creative community,\u00a0MALC<\/b>\u00a0is working with MASSCreative and a coalition of 50 other institutions and organizations to ensure that our issues are part of that discussion. We need to make sure that the next Mayor of Boston is not just a supporter of our work, but a true champion of the creative community.<\/p>\n
