In fact, it has no direct connection to former Governor Patrick\u2019s December 2014 Executive Order for a &#8220;Percent for Art&#8221; program:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/artistsunderthedome.org\/malc\/news\/governor-patrick-signs-executive-order-support-public-art-across-commonwealth\/\">http:\/\/artistsunderthedome.org\/malc\/news\/governor-patrick-signs-executive-order-support-public-art-across-commonwealth\/<\/a><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>See\u00a0the MBTA\u2019s &#8220;Art on the Line&#8221; program website:\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/mbta.com\/about_the_mbta\/art_collection\/\">http:\/\/mbta.com\/about_the_mbta\/art_collection\/<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is up to MBTA to internally allocate funding for this program. The program was only recently \u201cjump started again\u201d by the former General Manager\u2019s team late in the second term of Governor Patrick (and before his December 2014 Executive Order).<\/p>\n<p>The reason why the program has been stopped and\/or defunded\u00a0is <strong>not<\/strong> due to the veto of House Bill 3841.
