The event will be hosted by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.discoverquincy.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Discover Quincy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>House Chairwoman <a href=\"https:\/\/malegislature.gov\/People\/Profile\/C_A1\" target=\"_blank\">Cory Atkins<\/a> and Senate Chairman <a href=\"https:\/\/malegislature.gov\/People\/Profile\/EPL0\" target=\"_blank\">Eric Lesser<\/a> will run the hearing, which will allow leaders in the arts, culture, and tourism sectors to testify about their priorities and state government\u2019s role in advancing their work.<\/p>\n<p>The Joint Committee is currently making the case for state support of the arts, humanities, and sciences through the budget process and pending economic development legislation.
