A Free Event for Massachusetts Artists Working in all Disciplines<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Join this site’s Listserv to be notified of the 2009 event schedule.<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

For the third time, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts will invite Massachusetts artists working in all disciplines (visual arts, literary, performing, crafts, new media, etc.) to the State House on Thursday, November 19th to thank them for all they contribute to our state’s economy and quality of life. Over 120 artists attended the 2008 event!<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

The 2009 event will be brought to you by the Joint Committee on Tourism, Arts and Cultural Development<\/a>, the Joint<\/a> Committee on Economic Development and Emerging Technologies<\/a>, Treasurer Tim Cahill<\/a>, the Executive Office of<\/a> Housing and Economic Development<\/a>, the Joint Committee of Community<\/a> Development and Small Business<\/a>, the Massachusetts Cultural Council<\/a>, and the Massachusetts Artists Leaders Coalition<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n
