As we mentioned in Part One<\/a>, the proposed 2019 Senate Ways and Means Budget was released this morning. This is the fifth step in the Commonwealth’s budget process.\u00a0MALC follows several line items in the State budget.\u00a0 In this post we will highlight funding for the libraries.<\/p>\n

Also there is no change to the Commonwealth’s Film Tax Credit program. There was also no change in the Tourism Trust Fund which means that the State’s Regional Tourism Councils were level funded.<\/strong><\/p>\n
