(The vote was 37 to 1)<\/strong><b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>What the Governor vetoed\/reduced in funding:<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Reduce by\u00a0<em>-250,000 to 9,362,700<\/em><br \/>\n\u201cI am striking language which earmarks funding for programs not recommended.
