Hard Hat Tours of Western Avenue Lofts this weekend!

Hard Hat tours of the 2nd floor of the Western Avenue Lofts are coming this Saturday and Sunday at 1 and 3pm. (The first floor is being sand blasted and is not available for viewing at this time.)

Western Avenue Lofts are 50 units of artist live/work rental space, part of the Western Avenue Studios complex in Lowell, MA. Units range in size from 782 to 1659 sq ft and rents run from $835 to $1595/month, including heat and two parking spaces. Most units are approximately 25 feet wide with a window that is 22′ wide and 8′ high, depths range from 30 to over 60 feet. These have a bare bones kitchen and bath, concrete floors and high ceilings.

Applications are being taken now for a May 1st move – in. These are for artists only.
