New Opportunities for Latinx Artists
NALAC is committed to supporting the creation of new work by Latino artists and arts organizations in the United States and Puerto Rico. This year we launch the twelfth funding cycle of our NALAC grant programs. Applications are being accepted until October 5, 2017 for the NALAC Fund for the Arts including new categories, the Adán Medrano Legacy Award in Film ($10,000) for emerging artists and the Mentorship Artist Grant ($15,000). The NALAC Fund for the Arts is made possible in part by a new and rewarding partnership with The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation in support of the NALAC Fund for the Arts through the year 2020.
