Visual Artists Live/Work Units Soon Available in Boston’s Fort Point

The Artist Building at 300 Summer Street Cooperative (limited equity, prices below market) seeks visual artists interested in purchasing a primary residence, artist’s live-work space in their 47-unit cooperative.  They are located in downtown Boston, near Boston Harbor, the Children’s Museum, and The Institute of Contemporary Art/Boston.

They anticipate that 1 – 2 units will be available in the near future.
