The Artist Building at 300 Summer Street Cooperative (limited equity, prices below market) seeks visual artists interested in purchasing a primary residence, artist’s live-work space in their 47-unit cooperative.  They are located in downtown Boston, near Boston Harbor, the Children’s Museum, and The Institute of Contemporary Art/Boston.

They anticipate that 1 – 2 units will be available in the near future.

To learn more, including how to apply for co-operative membership, go to www.300summer.org, and click on “Live Here.”   In order to receive updates and information on artist units as they become available, artists must be part of the applicant pool (as detailed in the “Live Here” section of the website).

The goal of the Massachusetts Artists Leaders Coalition (MALC) is to ensure that Massachusetts artists of all disciplines have a voice in public dialogs, decisions, and key public policy initiatives that impact the artists community and the creative economy. MALC works to ensure that artists have a permanent place at the policy making table.
